Simon also performs as a solo acoustic guitarist, playing flamenco, classical, folk, blues and other genres as well as his own compositions and interpretations.  Over recent years his guitar playing has provided ambient music in regular spots and venues. This includes solo guitar concerts and gigs at wine bars and restaurants, galleries and festivals, as well as performing for private garden parties and, across the summer months, the Tintern Sculpture Garden.
